All calls via 9-1-1 within Klamath County are received at the call center.  We also handle the emergency and non-emergency calls that are received on numerous 7-digit phone numbers. Additionally we perform all dispatching functions for all law enforcement patrol units (except OSP), fire response and ambulance. Klamath 9-1-1 Emergency Communications District handles all emergency calls that come in response units.  Each time an emergency response unit handles a request for assistance; this is considered a “call for service”.
