The Telecom Specialist Trainee position is responsible for receiving 9-1-1 and other emergency calls as well as supporting the dispatch services to Police, Fire, and EMS. This position is considered Half-Time, working 32 - 37 hours per week with rotation of shifts on days, swing, and grave.

3. Qualified Applicants will be scheduled for a 2hr Dispatch Sit-in
4. Qualified Applicants will be scheduled for CritiCall Testing
(Typing, High School Equivalency & Multi Tasking)
5. Oral Board Interview will be scheduled with qualified applicants & a 2nd 2hr Dispatch Sit-in
6. Based on the recommendation of the Oral Board, applicants will be scheduled for an individual interview with the Executive Director.
